Order Processing
We ship Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), and orders are typically processed same-day. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day. During busy periods, processing can take 1-2 business days.

Shipping Rates - USA
We offer calculated shipping for orders under $75 and free shipping on orders over $75 within the United States only. Shipping services may include USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, and shipping times are typically 5-7 business days but delays may occur due to COVID-19. Free shipping is not available for pro purchases.
We also offer expedited shipping via UPS 3-Day Air, UPS 2-Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, but please note that there may be carrier delays due to COVID-19 and shipping times are not guaranteed. Costs for these services will be calculated at checkout.

International orders ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited or Worldwide Express. The cost is calculated at checkout and the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees.
